May 2019 bring you the rewards you deserve and the peace and happiness to keep moving forward.

Our business will start again on the 9 January 2019, when we will once again, provide training and sales of our manuals to make S T more accessibleto you!

With best wishes

SHIRLEY BAILLIE

Shirley Baillie  of S Baillie and Associates developed the fully integrated index - Keyword Access to the Sectional Titles Act in 2009, based on the Sectional Titles Act 95 of 1986. She continued to update all owners of the manual with each and every change, which gave the holder of the manual the chance to always be informed.

But the sweeping changes and rearrangement of the laws pertaining to Sectional Title, has made it necessary to compile a completely new manual.

She has once again endeavored to make sectional title life a great deal easier, by publishing a fully integrated, cross referenced index of the “” new generation “laws pertaining to sectional title life which became effective on the 7 October 2016.

They are:

  • Community Schemes Ombud Services Act 9 of 2011 and Regulations
  • Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011 and Regulations and prescribed management & conduct rules
  • Sectional Titles Act 95 of 1986 as amended

The success, demand for, and the proven track record of, the “RED BOOK”(and previously the BLUE BOOK) of        Keyword Access to the Sectional Titles Act, makes this a MUST for all people involved in Sectional Title.

Without an INDEX to guide you through, where do you start to find anything in the 130+ pages of legislation?
